Your order will be shipped with DHL EXPRESS, fully insured and trackable, requiring the recipient’s signature upon delivery.

Free Shipping

All our items include free shipping with DHL Express, fully insured and trackable. Shipping costs are covered by NOOI. Please note that if you are outside the European Union, your parcel may be subject to customs charges, which must be paid by the recipient.

Production Time

All jewelry is made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be completed.

Rush Orders

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at nooijewelry@gmail.com beforehand. We are happy to expedite orders to ensure timely delivery. An upgrade to express shipping may apply in some cases.

Each item comes in an NOOI gift jewelry box, a high-quality presentation box perfect for keeping your jewelry safe when not in use.

Customs Fees

All international buyers (outside the European Union) must pay customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries. NOOI is not responsible for these fees, so please be aware of the customs laws in your country before purchasing. You are also responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions for deliveries from Italy. Please plan accordingly.

Check with your local customs office to determine all applicable fees. Review our return/exchange policy before purchasing, as each ring is handmade to your preferred size and metal, and we cannot accept returns on personalized orders. Contact us for a specific delivery address.

Instalment Plan

We offer an instalment plan for flexible payment options. This allows you to pay in multiple partial payments free of charge, reserving the item or paying in instalments for bespoke orders. If interested, please contact us at nooijewelry@gmail.com. Note: If you purchase on an instalment plan, the item is shipped once the last instalment is paid.

Sealed Bag and Proof of Integrity

All jewels priced over 1000 EUR will be packaged in a high-security sealed bag. Items under 1000 EUR will be packaged in a standard Yellow DHL EXPRESS Bag. Both ensure the highest security.
